David Chapman

My name is David Chapman and I am the lead pastor of The River in Safford Arizona and Author of 20 books. The River is a growing, non-denominational Spirit-filled church. I have pastored churches in four different states. I believe in the fullness of the Holy Spirit and all of His gifts. Whether I am teaching from the pulpit or writing a book, my main goal is to equip the believers with the Word of God so that they may do the works of Jesus.

I was blessed to sit under the ministry of the late Dr. Lester Sumrall and was ordained by him. I have a Doctorate in Theology and am a certified Church Consultant, but real education comes from time spent with Jesus under the teaching ministry of the Holy Spirit.
