Charles Hall

My mission is to make auditing and accounting easier to understand and use.

I work with CPA firms all over the United States, mainly assisting them with their auditing, review, and compilation processes. This gives me fresh insight for the books and articles that I write.

I previously served as the Quality Control Partner for over ten years at McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co., a CPA firm in Macon, Georgia. During that time I performed peer reviews for other CPA firms.

I am a certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner.

Over the last 40 years, I have taught continuing education classes for the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the AICPA.
