Brett Bean

Hi! I’m Brett Bean and I’m currently working on my new artist/author book series called Muk ‘N’ Honey for Penguin Workshop! I’m also the artist on I Hate Fairyland with Skottie Young and Image comics and my new How to draw book is available for all aspiring artists! It hit #1 on digital arts on Amazon.

I’m also the author-illustrator of the graphic-novel series Zoo Patrol Squad with Penguin Workshop, and the illustrator of the Battle Bugs (Scholastic) and Beasts of Olympus (Workshop) series.

I live in Los Angeles with Julie and our 2 red headed monkeys/children and love board games, comics, pickleball, Tom Waits, and travelling around the world.

I ate a Mopane worm in Africa and I don’t plan on doing it again…..
