D.Moss is an accomplished and respected talk show host on one of Springfield Massachusetts most powerful radio stations 90.7 WTCC FM [listen online at www.wtccfm.org every monday night 8-9pm] the show is called "The Flava" and topics include discussions on new music, artists, social issues, politics, etc.

In addition to being a radio personality, D.Moss is a nationally recognized poet. He has performed in venues across the country and in the Caribbean. He has also released three poetry CD’s the last of which was very successful, “After Midnight” and can be found on Itunes, CD Baby, Rhapsody, LastFM, Amazon.

D.Moss, a renaissance man, is also a New England Concert Promoter of live soul music venues that feature some of the most sought after independent soul, spoken word, jazz, gospel, and acoustic acts in the country. He is also the founder and host of Organix Soul, a trend setting monthly showcase in New England, featuring many of the top underground soulful acts from across the United States and Canada.

In his other life, Darryl is the Deputy Director of Communication with the administration of Mayor Domenic J. Sarno in the great city of Springfield Massachusetts and is involved in a broad range of day-to-operations and activities. Moss, acts as liaison to residents, elected officials, local businesses, community groups and organizations, federal and state agencies. Moss brings a deep understanding of the issues facing many Springfield families to the Mayor's Office. A professional in the field of Youth Development, Moss has more than 20 years of experience facilitating programs, budgetary policies and events for youth. Moss has developed, implemented and directed intervention and social development programs for young people in the criminal justice system as well as in the community setting.

Moss attended Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Ct as well as Springfield College in Springfield, MA.
