Jeff was born and brought up in Northeast England.

Screenwriter, TV Producer/Director, Novelist. Screen credits include TV Entertainment Series and Features; Arts and Documentary Series; TV Dramas and Series; Films.

Currently 3 thrillers published by Williams & Whiting in the Jack Shepherd series - "CLOSING THE DISTANCE", "CHANGING THE ODDS" and "CLONING THE HATE".

The first Ed Grover thriller "ONE FIGHT AT A TIME" is published by Endeavour Press.

Jeff is a member of BAFTA and the Crime Writers Association.
