William E. Lynch

Bill Lynch is President and Chief Operating Officer of ProChain Solutions. He has spent nearly twenty-five years creating breakthrough process improvements. Bill co-founded ProChain Solutions to provide innovative integrated solutions for product development and project and resource management. He has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Wilkes University and graduate degrees in liberal arts and logistics management, from Texas Christian University and the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Bill is also the Owner of the Washington Spirit women’s professional soccer team, and a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League.
