Jenny C. Bledsoe

Jenny C. Bledsoe is an Assistant Professor of English at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where she teaches early literature survey courses, history of the English language, and special topics courses in medieval and early modern British literature at the undergraduate and master’s level. Her research focuses on book history and material culture, religious literature, the history of emotions, and gender studies. During the 2018-2019 year, Jenny was a Mellon Teaching Fellow in the Department of English at Agnes Scott College. She received her PhD in English from Emory University and her master’s degree in Religion, Literature, and Culture from Harvard University.
