Nichole Force

Nichole Force is the author of the books, "Humor's Hidden Power: Weapon, Shield & Psychological Salve" and "1001 Thoughts on the Meaning of Life." She obtained her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, studied improvisational comedy at the world-famous Groundlings Theater in Los Angeles, and sketch comedy at the ACME Comedy Theater in Hollywood. As a freelance researcher and writer, Nichole's primary focus is on the ameliorative effects of humor on mental health and the role of neuroplasticity in the development of psychological resilience. A Los Angeles-based writer for 17 years, Nichole now resides in Ventura, CA.
