THE AUTHOR
John R. Cammidge was born in York, England, and currently lives in California. He is a retired Human Resources executive who enjoys using creative composition and history to inform, entertain, and engage his audience. He used his pen name, Jonathan R. Husband, to write his first novel in 2014, An Unplanned Encounter, but adopted his true name for the September 2018 novella, Abandoned in Berlin. He plans a third book for early 2019, titled Bonfire Nights, a story of creation, destruction, and transformation in Britain 1965-1975. He attended Nunthorpe Grammar School in York, and the University of Hull. He has two married children and enjoys the company of his four grandchildren.
