Dr. Dirk W. Eilert is an emotion researcher and business psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Innsbruck. He is the developer of the methods Mimikresonanz, emTrace, and Mesource, and the founder of the Eilert-Academy in Berlin, which he has been leading for more than 20 years.
