Miriam Troxler

Miriam Troxler has been making music and reading for a lifetime. A cellist with the Greenville Symphony Orchestra and music director of CelloBrationS, she teaches private violin, viola, cello, bass and piano lessons. Recently she combined her interests by writing the “Music Is Easy” series of books which is used in the Ambridge School District for the violin classes and by individual musicians outside of the school system. She has also written two books for beginning readers, “A Trip to the Zoo” and “Pumpkin Walk.” Miriam Troxler also composes for string instruments and piano. Her compositions are played world-wide. She has composed a collection of piano solos, “A Chipmunk for Emma.” She is also editor of a viola transcription of J S Bach's “Violin Concerto in A Minor.” Her website is www.miriamtroxler.com.
