Nick Modarelli is a real estate entrepreneur, speaker, author, real estate coach, former syndicated radio host.

Over the past 30+ years he has bought and sold hundreds of properties worth tens of millions of dollars in eight different states. He also specializes in the buying and selling of defaulted mortgage notes.

Nick is perhaps best known for his unconventional marketing and negotiating strategies, as well as his unique and often humorous teaching style. He lives in Ohio with his wife Arlene, their inexhaustibly playful dachshund Murray, and their fun-loving and ever-vigilant border collie Gabby.
