Darrin Kramer

Darrin Kramer was born in Lamar, Missouri a small rural town, the same place that Harry S. Truman the 33rd President of the United States was born. He started writing poetry at the age of 15 and has written one published and three unpublished volumes of poetry. His first book, "Fall Leaves Float" was published in 2012 and chosen as a 2013 Indie Excellence Award Finalist.

His writing has been described as "unique in that he sees what is large and extracts meaning to send back in small, powerful doses...he goes beyond the boundaries of gender, current events and even the five senses. He hears the call of empty space and finds a way to fill it with thought, light, word and meaning." His poetry takes readers on "unanticipated end points" and is "mood invoking". Readers are taken on a celestial journey through magnificent visual picture dreams.
