Santosh Sachdeva

Although exposed to a spiritual home environment early through her childhood and growing up years in the quiet hill town of Mussoorie, Santosh Sachdeva's spiritual journey truly began in Mumbai when, in 1995, she started attending a course in Mental Physics conducted by Justice M. L. Dudhat who became her spiritual guide. This completely changed the course of her life as she began practicing deep meditation and surrendered herself to the 'Higher Forces'. Her own deep spiritual awakening has been documented with amazing detail and clarity in three books which form 'The Kundalini Trilogy' - and has been validated by India's leading spiritual masters and luminaries.

Now semi-retired from active work, she continues to live a full life with graceful dignity and simplicity. Aspirants on the spiritual path attend her weekly meditation gatherings, many of whom regard her as their spiritual mentor, friend and guide. She is the author of several books on spiritual awakening and lives in South Mumbai, India.
