Larry Krackle

Larry Krackle is a type-A personality with eclectic talents. He is an author, illustrator, and photographer, musician and storyteller. He studied Graphic Art, Journalism, and Horticulture, graduating with a BA in Landscape Architecture at Washington State University.

Raised on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, he hiked and hunted in the vast forests. He is an avid outdoorsman who began exploring early in his childhood. He’s backpacked more than one thousand miles in twenty states and several foreign countries.

Humorous events while tromping through the woods and floating down rivers inspired him to write and publish books. Each one contains over a dozen of his illustrations and short stories embellished into factional accounts.

Larry currently lives in a log house in the picturesque Pacific NW. He enjoys gardening and outdoor activities. You can find him at local street fairs selling his artwork, photography, and publications or visit his website at larrykrackle.com
