Getting a Christmas present of a Commodore Vic-20 and having little else to do in a remote hollow Copperous Lick in Paintsville, Kentucky, Shane started to teach himself basic programming and the basic program "hello world" seemed to shy of the goal to make it appear to the World as we know it. So at eleven years old, in 1981, Never wanting to ever have written a lie, (A fan of Sir Arthur Ignatius Conan Doyle at about 5 or 6 years old, though most were impressed he'd already read all of Tolkein published works, having already 10,000 books of whatever was on hand by 14 from as abandoned each school day at the local library of the Elm Street highscool till 9 or 10 p.m) and having followed the manual to write "Hello World", Rustin Gordon "Sage"/"Smart" Jackson, then wanted his program to be just and true.

Shane determined he'd have to build a World Wide Computer Network. So at 19 he joined the ROTC as a Calvary Communications Officer and worked with what was then Top Secret Technologies of secure communications via teletype a ComSec Officer with Tactical Telecommunications Center Operations training of the intellectual elite of the Army the 72E Military Occupational Skill, the Operators of the ARPANET. Then the coding magic happened, the interactive WWW by stacking the first stack L.A.M.P. and published around the world.

Shane then spent the next 12 years advocating that technology which then became the Internet, as his career progressed he participated in the Technology Transfer program as a key developer in demonstrating the possibilities of the technologies. Shane using the pseudonym of "Sage Jackson" author of such programs as "W.H.O.S.I.N.I.T." [Web Hierarchical Operation Security INternal InTerface] and "Data Miner" or senior programmer developer of "P.R.O.F.I.L.E." [Photo Retrieval Online File Image Line-up Engine] and associated with "S.M.I.T.S" or "Link Analysis" whose automated investigative crime-fighting capabilities shocked even the most advanced agencies throughout the government. A meteoric rise of his career in his 20's as mentors competed to be associated with his work that he an invited by the head of D.A.R.P.A. and C.T.A.C. to be a publishing speaker at symposiums in Washington D.C. of that unknown technology of the 'Internet' that so influences the world today.
