Mariah Wolfe

Born in quiet Northern Jutland in Denmark 1966, but grew up in Copenhagen, amongst painters, thieves, whores, actors, musicians and drunkards.

It was a chaotic childhood in many ways, but very early on it inspired me to start my personal growth.

In 2009 I wrote my first book, which is now translated into English and published as "Your Way To Real Self-esteem" - an easy accessible book with lots of cases and instant tools to make changes. The book was a huge success in Denmark and Sweden and sold 3 times the expected amount and was praised by reviewers in magazines and newspapers.

2009: Published my self-esteem book.

2012: Published a biography/self help book in Danish about growing up with a narcissistic father and an alcoholic mother.

2013: Published - together with Charlotte Lindhardt - an untraditional self-help book - Your Hero's Journey - where folktales are mixed with exercises and cases to show and aid the reader on his or hers own Hero's Journey - the journey we must go on to put the consequences of a problematic childhood behind us.

2015: Published "Dead Men" - a serial killer thriller about Marie who kills abusers.

2020: Published "Narcissistic Men: 10 Strategies to Deal With Toxic Husbands, Fathers, Boyfriends, and Co-Workers" and "Narcissistic Women: 10 Strategies to Deal With Toxic Wives, Mothers, Girlfriends, and Co-Workers"
