Todd Shallat

Todd Shallat, Ph.D., directs the Center for Idaho History and Politics at Boise State University in Idaho, USA. He is the sole author of five books and the lead co-author of another eight about cities, technology, and the environment. Writing awards include the federal Henry Adams Prize for the best book on government, the Abel Wolman Award for engineering history, the Idaho Book Award (twice), and the Gold Medal for feature writing from the Councils for the Advancement and Support of Higher Education.
