Ken Churilla

"We learned more from a three minute record baby, than we ever learned in school." Bruce Springsteen wrote that lyric but it describes me to a tee because I know from experience that life is where we learn the biggest lessons.



A 3x published memoir author/co-author, Ken Churilla's journalism career spanning 35+ years has seen him write media kit biographies, PR pieces, press releases, advertising copy, instruction manuals, content for websites, magazines, newspapers, brochures, newsletters and so much more.

Ken has simultaneously forged a 30-year career in music and media, spending the majority of it in country and rock & roll and writing various media kit materials for the likes of George Strait, Martina McBride, Kenny Chesney, Ray Scott, and more. He currently holds the title of Director of Marketing & Communications for the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra.
