Ken Willard

Ken Willard (1962 - ) was born in Decatur Georgia and grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta. After many years in retail management and the leadership training & development field, he made the transition into full-time ministry. For over ten years Ken worked with pastors and congregations around the country. His areas of focus were coaching pastors, consulting with churches, facilitating cohorts, and creating leadership development curriculum for both pastors and laity.

He is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the level of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Ken is the author or co-author of eight published books, a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, a certified On-Boarding facilitator, and a certified trainer of Intro to Situational Leadership II from the Ken Blanchard organization.
