Stryder Dancewolffe

Stryder Dancewolffe (born 1981) grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She's lived in Denmark (~2001-2004) and the UK (2005-2013). Born with Muscular Dystrophy, she found plenty of time to read. Fascinated with mythologies and theologies from around the globe, and her own secret world she escaped to, it wasn't long before she began penning her own stories.

Native Alaskan (Aleut) and Caucasian, with an alternative foundation for beliefs started early in her childhood, and coming from a family filled with doctors and scientists, it's not really a surprise that much of her work blends the traditional genre tropes found in fantasy and science fiction.

"I do not like boxes, I won't apologize for it, we try hard in reality to put people into neat little boxes, and most people don't fit in them. So it makes sense to me that my characters and their lives fit as neatly into the boxes you might want to give them, as you would fit into the boxes society tries to put you into."
