S.Q. Eries

Growing up, I spent most of my academic efforts on science and math (I eventually graduated with an engineering degree), but I have always been a fan of good stories. My preferred storytelling media are anime, manga, and YA literature, which, conveniently enough, tend to be located in close proximity in libraries and stores.

My first foray into fiction came in the form of fanfiction, specifically anime fanfiction. Several years later, I have moved on to writing original works, but I will always be grateful to the lovely and imaginative fan writers that first inspired me to put my own words to paper.

When I’m not slaving over my current work-in-progress or reviewing manga for the Fandom Post, I’m usually spending quality time with my extraordinary husband or cosplaying (hooray for anime conventions!).
