Maite Gomez

Maïté Gomez holds a degree in psychology (Université de Montréal, 1993) and a degree in psycho-corporelle intégrée (Body-mind counseling, Hito, 1999); she is also a licensed massage therapist (Shiatsu and Swedish, Guijek, 2000) and a somatic practitioner (Gymnastique Émotionelle®, 2012). She is Co-director of Empowered Women Workshops and has been in private practice since 1999. She has devoted her life to understanding the body-mind-spirit connection and the natural healing processes through different modalities. Maïté is versed in traditional Chinese medicine, integrated body-psychology, and bio-mechanic and somatic bodywork.

Sandra Reich Sandra Reich, M.Ed, is the Clinical Director of the Montreal Center for Anxiety and Depression as well as Co-director of Empowered Women Workshops. She has been working in the field of behavioral and eclectic therapy for over fourteen years. She is a well-known specialist in the fields of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional work and relationships. She has dedicated her life to understanding behaviors, human nature, people's love lives, and relationships in general. She has done extensive training in these areas and has been featured on The Discovery Health Channel, APTN and Global amongst others as an expert on these topics. Sandra is a popular radio personality, keynote speaker and known as a top relationship and anxiety expert.
