Tim Rahschulte

Professor, Author, Board Member, Keynote Speaker, Chief Content Officer, and former Chief Learning Officer

I have over two decades of professional experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Starting in corporate finance, I managed the cash and investment activities for a $3 billion company, dozens of bond indentures, and average daily investments of $200 million. After earning a MBA, I went into consulting, which lead into a couple venture funded start up firms after which I went in to teaching and working for the government where I have served as a principal executive manager leading large-scale system change initiatives and business transformations. I have established project management offices for a number of government agencies, created the State of Oregon’s Process Center of Excellence’s Project Management Community of Practice, and helped governor transition teams. I left government work to start a new product initiative at Evanta as their Chief Learning Officer. In 2014, I helped launch the Professional Development Academy. Additionally, since 2007, I have been a professor of business at George Fox University in Oregon and became a partner and executive director at the Program Management Academy where I work with my partners to write books and conduct workshops on project management, program management, and strategic roadmapping.
