Lynette Avis

Lynette for many years suffered with sever ill health. It was her health issues that took her on a path of spiritual and holistic discovery. For many years she trained in holistic practices such a Reiki, colour, sound, and hypnotherapy. She has spent the past ten years passing on her help and knowledge to clients and students. Currently she lives in Wales and is refurbishing a property that she will run as a holistic holiday retreat.
