Basak Tinli

After studying fashion design and working as a designer in the textile industry, I went on to complete a master’s degree in Game Design. Since then, I’ve been teaching in the Digital Game Design Department within the Faculty of Communication.

Somehow, my love for fashion illustration and role-playing games crossed paths, and blended into what I create today. I never planned or imagined this path, but my journey naturally led me to creating my paper doll collections. As a child, paper dolls were more than just toys to me, they offered not only a fun play experience but also felt like a small, affordable art collection a child could treasure. Now, I hope to bring that same joy and imaginative play to others.

I love designing these playful, fashion-filled books and hope they inspire creativity, nostalgia, and a touch of wonder in everyone who picks them up.
