David Quigley

David Quigley BA, CH was born to American missionary parents in Foochow, China on Oct 1/50. One month later his family moved to North Carolina, where David spent most of the next 25 years. David studied extensively in Jungian Psychotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Clinical Hypnosis and NLP and is a graduate of Duke University (Comparative Religion and Transpersonal Psychology) and of the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera, CA.

As a young man David suffered crippling rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue and severe depression. These experiences led him on a healing journey to tap into his "inner guides", who with love and wisdom helped David to find and maintain abundant good health. The synthesis of his healing experiences and traditional studies led David to create "Alchemical Hypnosis". He founded the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis in 1983 where he still today offers private sessions AND approved professional training four times yearly in Santa Rosa, CA. Over the years, David has traveled widely to teach at various schools and conferences all over the USA and also in numerous countries including Japan, Canada, Australia, India, France, UK and Norway.

David has trained and certified thousands of practitioners. He is one of today's most respected and sought after authorities on Therapeutic Hypnosis, Somatic Healing and leading edge work in Past Life Regression.

Based in Santa Rosa, CA, David's favorite hobby is mountaineering. He also enjoys composing music on a multi-timbre synthesizer, board game design, poetry and leading shamanic wilderness retreats.

His long term goals including revolutionizing the healing fields and psychotherapy by helping clients to achieve success through working with their own inner guides and resources, and to train a whole generation of Alchemical Hypnotherapists around the world.
