Rico Vitz

RICO VITZ is Professor of Philosophy in the Honors College at Azusa Pacific University. He is the author of a number of books, articles, and essays on issues concerning early modern philosophy, ethics, and philosophy of religion. He has served as the Executive Vice President-Treasurer of the Hume Society and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Society of Christian Philosophers.

His current research focuses on compassion, community, and culture in Hume and in classical Confucianism.
