For Caroline Brewer, the path to becoming an author, education consultant, teacher and parent trainer and coach, began with Miles. Then came Ivory, Elizabeth, Jasmine, and Phillip. Not long ago, James and Abigail, from Ghana, West Africa showed up. These precious ones have appeared on the doorstep of her life hungry to learn. Some had never read a book or written a complete sentence.

As Caroline fed them, they fed her. And thanks to the thousands of children she's gotten to observe and work with, Caroline cannot help but to share the good news: No child has to fail in school. No Black child, no White child, no Latinx child, no Asian child, no Native American child, no child diagnosed with an emotional or learning disability. No child.

And no teacher or parent has to fail in supporting their children's intellectual, social and emotional growth. Every adult should know they have the power to inspire children to reach for and achieve more - to tap into their true, lifelong identities as learners and achievers. That's Caroline's passion and that's her promise.
