ROGER VON OECH’s products and seminars have enriched the creativity of many millions around the world.

He is the author of four creative thinking books including the million-selling classic, A WHACK ON THE SIDE OF THE HEAD (which has been translated into 25 languages).

He’s also known for his popular CREATIVE WHACK PACK, a deck of 64 illustrated creativity strategies.

This product has just been released in a revised and larger format as CREATIVE WHACKS: DELUXE EDITION. It is a richly expanded version containing 100 creativity strategies (60% more content).

In addition, Roger is the inventor and designer of the BALL OF WHACKS line of manipulative geometric toys.

HE is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Ohio State, and earned his Ph.D from Stanford University in the “History of Ideas.” His guiding principle is: “LOOK FOR THE SECOND RIGHT ANSWER.”

Roger lives with his wife, Wendy, in the Santa Cruz Mountains near Palo Alto, California. They have two grown children and four grandchildren.
