Michael Darter

Just born author Michael Darter was flown around the neighborhood on a pillow by his older brother S/Sgt. Eugene Darter on his last furlough home before flying off to a bloody war in Europe. Eugene was a crew member in a B17 in the 8th Air Force, 95th Bomb Group who vanished on his first mission over Nazi Germany.
