She is the Founder and Executive Director of Diamond In The Rough Youth Development Program, Inc., an award-winning Mentoring and Leadership Program for girls; and the Founding Partner of Gem Makers, LLC., a Coaching and Consulting Company that serves women. In addition, she is co-founder of The Beyond Brilliant Network and Executive Producer and co-host of The Beyond Brilliant Television Broadcast. She has committed her life to empowering ladies, leaders, and little girls, and helping them uncover the beauty boldness, and brilliance within.

She is a professional multi-national speaker, television producer and talk show host, facilitator, published author of multiple books, and personal Confidence Coach. She has graced multiple stages both domestically and internationally as a speaker and workshop presenter and has been featured in various publications, newspapers, and magazines, and has made numerous appearances on radio and television programs.

Dr. Steele has been the recipient of countless awards and recognitions with the most cherished being The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barack Obama.
