John Ricks

I was born in Longview, Washington. I attended thirteen schools in five states before graduating high school, we moved a lot. I joined the Navy in the electronics repair field where I spent twenty more years traveling the world and received my degree in liberal arts. From there I took jobs in the San Jose, California area in the Semi-Conductor and medical industry as a technician, management, trainer, and writer and attained my second degree, this time in management. I have been writing for over thirty years and consider it, and my current senior technical writing position, a fun hobby. For play I like fishing, roll playing games, and first shooter.
