Robert S. Rosenberg

Dr. Robert S. Rosenberg is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Sleep Medicine and is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship was completed at LeRoy Hospital in New York City. His internal medicine residencies were completed at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and Metropolitan Hospital at New York Medical College. Dr. Rosenberg's pulmonary fellowship was completed at the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. Rosenberg first started practicing medicine in Chicago as an associate professor at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where he taught students, interns, and residents, while also attending to patients. In 1982, he moved to Arizona and opened a private practice focusing on internal, pulmonary, and sleep medicine.

While maintaining an extensive career in private practice, Dr. Rosenberg has served as Medical Director for several sleep disorders centers throughout Arizona. He has also been an active hospital staff member, serving in the positions of Director of Pulmonary Medicine, Director of Intensive Care, Chairman of Internal Medicine, and Vice Chief of Staff.

In recent years, Dr. Rosenberg limited his practice to sleep medicine. He is an author and medical journalist writing a weekly blog as a medical sleep expert for EveryDayHealth.com and appears weekly in the Prescott and Flagstaff newspapers as a columnist addressing the public's sleep-related questions. His expertise as a sleep medicine physician has been featured in various publications, including Newsweek, Prevention, and Oprah Magazine. He also serves as a forensic sleep medical consultant for legal cases. Dr. Rosenberg is a frequent guest on radio and TV programs and travels the country as a medical lecturer on sleep medicine.
