Donna Lee

Donna Lee's most recent book is for children about drought and climate change, and is titled 'We Move! WE MOVE!'. Lee is the former founder and CEO of PLANIT NOW, NFP (or 'P!N'), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization formerly known as The Grenada Relief Fund. Post-Hurricane Ivan, P!N built and outfitted an IT Center at a middle school in Grenada in partnership with USAID. PLANIT NOW also donated a half million dollars for urgent relief to the Red Cross post-Hurricane Katrina and funded over $100,000. in scholarships to students affected by hurricanes, including several from Haiti who were affected by earthquakes and hurricanes.  Prior to her work at PLANIT NOW, Lee wrote, directed, and produced policy and training videos for the USPS, Cornell Medical College's Prevention Institute for Adolescents and Teens, The US Air Force Band, The Wildlife Federation, The League of Women Voters and other  NGO and governmental organizations.
