Jerry Travis

Jerry Travis taught high school English for over thirty years before he left the classroom for the first tee on assorted golf courses five hours a day, four days a week, twelve months a year. In his spare time (when he's not on a golf course) he reads, keeps a journal, writes countless e-mails to friends and relatives, listens to music (over ten thousand tracks on his hard drive), and writes song lyrics, essays, short stories, novels, and an occasional poem or two. He and his wife Rosalie and their three cats--Charlie, Tiger, and Tuffy--live in Sun City West, Arizona.
