Maxine Morrey

Maxine has written articles on subjects from wedding dresses to motor racing, as well as a book on ghostly goings on!

In 2015 she won a contract for her Christmas romcom, 'Winter's Fairytale'. Since then she has written many more 'romcoms with depth' and wants to encourage everyone to 'Read Yourself Happy' with her uplifting women's fiction.

She is the best selling author of 'Where Happy Begins', 'You Only Live Once', and the Kindle UK top ten read, 'The Christmas Project' among others. In 2024, her book 'You've Got This' won The Romantic Comedy Award at the Romantic Novelists' Association award ceremony in London.

She loves reading, drinking tea, sewing and being out in nature, whether that's working in the garden, or out on a walk where her small dog will inevitably find the biggest muddy puddle.
