Wallace Swan

Dr. Swan’s background includes teaching experience at Metropolitan State University, University of St. Thomas, Nova Southeastern University, Walden University, Hamline University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; as well as government experience at the city, county and state levels. He has held a variety of political positions, including an elected position at the Minneapolis Board of Estimate and Taxation where he has served as President and Vice President of the Board. He regularly attends conferences of the Minnesota Council of Non-Profits, the American Society for Public Administration, and the International Conference on Public Administration. Dr. Swan has published 8 books, 11 articles, 3 chapters, 6 proceedings, 2 book reviews, and chaired or presented at 23 panel discussions.
