Sun Haichen

Haichen Sun was born in Luoyang, China. The Wiles of War (Foreign Languages Press, 1991) is the first book he managed to get published under his name while working as a translator and editor in Beijing. He has since published over a dozen books, including translations and adaptations from Chinese literary works and a translation textbook. He moved to Alberta, Canada in 2002 and now works for the provincial government, researching and writing on educational systems of countries that are major sources of immigrants to Alberta.
