Judy Weintraub

Ms. Weintraub is an attorney, dispute resolution practitioner, entrepreneur and business executive and is a bestselling author. She is the founder of Weintraub Legal Services, a firm offering primarily business law services to businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region as well as SkillBites LLC, providing book writing and publishing services. She is also the founder of Accord LLC, a firm providing dispute resolution services and is a co-founder of Advanced Business Law Resources, which provides dispute resolution training and consulting services.

Ms. Weintraub received her JD Degree Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1983 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College in 1980. She clerked for The Hon. W. Arthur Garrity, Jr. in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Weintraub is admitted to practice in DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania. She is a distinguished neutral for the International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), a mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and a certified mediator with the International Mediation Institute. Ms. Weintraub is Vice Chair of the PBA ADR CLE Committee and a member of the Chester County Bar Association ADR Committee. She is a member of the Governing Body and past Chair of the ATHENAPowerLink Program for the Delaware Valley, a mentoring program for women business owners.
