Mark Barnette

Mark Barnette stands on a solid foundation of education and experience to write an epic like The Empire Chronicles. He is a US Air Force veteran, a journalist, an international educator and scholar and the successful producer of television documentaries, several in association with the BBC.

He holds degrees in Journalism, Political Science and Business Management and has been both college professor and college president as well as co-founder of the American University in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

He has lived in cities throughout the US and in London, England and the Middle East. Mark currently lives with his wife in Jacksonville, Florida.
