Michael Hill

During his 40 year career Michael Hill has been a president or vice president of a half dozen companies, both privately and publicly owned. He has also owned two manufacturing businesses starting with his first business at age 16. His specialty was in turning around troubled companies and in growing businesses very quickly through planning, organization and team building. His educational background at the University of Southern California includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, a Masters of Science Degree in Operations Research Engineering and a Masters of Science Degree in Management Science where he was elected a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (the business school's Phi Beta Kappa).

He and his wife, Lynne, love all breeds of dogs, but their dog of choice is the Rottweiler, whom they love dearly and have raised for over 23 years. He has been happily married for 37 years and is blessed with a daughter and three wonderful grandchildren.
