B Hughes-Millman

B Hughes-Millman is an award-winning author known for her edgy short stories, dark paranormal and gritty paranormal romance novels. She is a transplant from Colorado to Las Vegas and has finally landed in her current home of Utah.

A Marine Corps veteran, she doesn't know the meaning of slow and easy. This also may be the impetus for her feisty female protagonists, especially those of her latest novels in The Dark Angel Series.

Teaching English grammar to corporate professionals in France, is a passion for her. B has helped professors prepare professional papers and documents for peer review, written, rewritten and edited letters to European dignitaries, Prime Ministers and Presidents for multi-national clients. She has also helped her clients tighten a presentation to the leaders of the world banks or a project update for the CEO of their multi-national corporation.

With a love for the outdoors, she can whip up a mean vegetable garden in the spring then head off to hike the hills surrounding her home. When she isn't teaching, reading or enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two sons, she can be found in front of her computer, torturing her protagonists and antagonists.
