Eben Burgoon

Eben has been writing comics independently for almost a decade now. Coming from a background in short fiction and sketch comedy, Eben started in comics with Eben07: Covert Custodian, a webcomic about spies and their janitorial staff. Now Eben is working on B-Squad as much as he possibly can.

In addition to writing, Eben's been out in Sacramento advocating for comics in schools, and even aids in organizing the Crocker Art Museum in hosting Crocker-Con, an annual celebration of Sacramento's comic book culture. He can frequently be found out in the world teaching kids and adults how to bring their ideas to life. The journey into the boundless land of imagination is one that should be shared. He enjoys making sculptures out of masking tape, playing Star Wars X-Wing and role-playing games, building rocket-ships in Kerbal Space Program, drinking boulevardiers, wearing corduroy, and snap-chatting pics with his wieners and kitties. He doesn't view beards as a competition.
