Moses Ma

Moses Ma is a technology visionary, venture builder, and author working at the frontier of AI and the emerging agentic economy. He leads FutureLab, where he develops national and global AI strategies, creates new technology ventures, and helps organizations turn disruptive technologies into deployed systems.

Most recently, Moses led the development of Thailand’s National AI Roadmap for the Ministry of Industry. His current work spans agentic infrastructure, photonic computing, intelligent logistics, AI-native organizations, and new approaches to AI governance and safety.

His career has repeatedly put him at the leading edge of major technology shifts. An award-winning videogame designer, he pioneered networked games. As an entrepreneur, he transformed an uncapitalized software startup into one of America’s fastest-growing and most profitable software companies. At the CommerceNet think tank, he helped develop the concept of electronic marketplaces during the formative years of the commercial Internet.
