Wendy M. Murphy

Wendy Marcinkus Murphy is an Associate Professor of Management at Babson College. Her research interests are at the intersection of careers, mentoring, leadership and the work-life interface. She teaches courses in organizational behavior, managing talent, and leadership. Murphy also serves as the Faculty Advisor for the Mentoring Programs through the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL). She has been recognized by Poets & Quants as one of the "40 Most Outstanding B-school Profs Under 40 in the World."
