Mike Corbin

Mike Corbin is a retired mailman (letter carrier in the gender phobic parlance of our time) who lives with his wife and near his five children and eight grandchildren in central lower Michigan. In the course of his life he has been a sales clerk (K Mart), foundry worker (G.M.), U.S. Navy radioman (Viet Nam), production worker (G.M.; laid off), semi-truck driver, (laid off), City Firefighter (Bay City, MI; laid off), and, finally, a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service, retiring after 37 years. After surviving so many aborted careers becoming a writer didn't seem like much of a stretch. It has been the most enjoyable, hands down.
