Dolores Garcia Laredo Hirschmann was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to an Austrian mother and an Argentine father, and moved to the United States in 1997. She is a writer, entrepreneur, speaker, and ICF coach whose work explores the subtle moment when clarity becomes courage and insight turns into action.

Dolores is the mother of four children and lives with her husband in Massachusetts.
