Dolores Hirschmann

Dolores Garcia Laredo Hirschmann was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to an Austrian mother and an Argentine father, and moved to the United States in 1997. She is a writer, entrepreneur, speaker, and ICF coach whose work explores the subtle moment when clarity becomes courage and insight turns into action.

Across fiction and nonfiction, she writes about identity, purpose, and the inner decisions that shape outer lives. She is the author of *New Beginnings*, *Clarity First*, *The Power of You: Why Your Brand Matters*, and *18 Minutes of Impact*. Whether telling stories or offering frameworks, her work invites readers to pause, listen more closely to themselves, and choose with intention.

She holds a business degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires and trained as a professional coach through The Coaches Training Institute. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she brings a global sensibility to her writing and teaching.

Dolores is the mother of four children and lives with her husband in Massachusetts.
