Patrick Scott Barnes lives in Central Florida. For over a decade, he has photographed Orlando's nightlife.
Most of Central Florida knows him for spoken-word. For an Orlando Weekly's reader poll, he won second place two years in a row as Best Spoken-Word Artist.
He also opened for writers Lydia Lunch and Jerry Stahl.
He has directed three documentaries. First, Blow Sundays, a film centered around a weekly open-mic event featuring rappers, musicians and spoken-word artists. Second, Vagabond, a one-night event featuring dancers and artists. Last, Art in a Tourist Town, a film focusing on risque Orlando artists.
