Cathleen Ryan

Cathleen Ryan was born in Atlantic city, New Jersey. Her and her husband moved to Upstate New York in 1996 where she has continued to practice as a Registered Nurse. While experiencing the empty nest syndrome, once her youngest child left for college, she felt inspired to begin writing to fill the gaps in her life. After having success writing speeches and competing in speech contests as a member of Toastmasters International, she had the confidence to embark in a new direction and write a novel.
